Есть пара вопросов по судьям.
Арпад Рус родился в Румынии в городе, где 75% населения – венгры. Его родной язык – венгерский. Он уже больше десятка лет живет в Венгрии (Будапешт). Если он принял венгерское гражданство, то среди судей два венгра. Или он остался румыном?
Мартин Мински судил предыдущий WCCI. Почему он снова судит? Не было другого выхода?
Костеффа и Дьярмати назначили судьями, потому что 15 лучших композиторов предыдущего чемпионата отказались судить?

Sergiy, I think you have a point regarding me and P. Gyarmati being a judge at the same time. Although I still represent Romania in the FIDE, I am also Hungarian (I possess both citizenships). By the way, I didn’t know that Gyarmati is also an appointed judge until a couple days ago. If somebody officially complains, I am ready to step back.

The problem is in the article 7 of the Announcement.
I see that Rusz participated in the 10th WCCT as a Romanian, so there’s no “problem with 2 Hungarians”. Every judge is from a different country.
In the moremovers section there are both a Russian and an Ukrainian judge. And one Ukrainian in the retro section. So I guess exceptions could have been made.
The main purpose of a study is to move. Either by its beauty, by its tactics, or by its complexity provided it is economic and paradoxical. Of course, the analytical lines must not be too numerous and, if in addition, they were troublesome, they could disrupt an overworked judge.

Гади не гадится на судью, потому что не умеет судить табличные этюды. Вспомнил, что есть правила, с которыми он не согласен.
Катись Гади из судей! (катись-ка ты отсюда!)
Для наивных (которым не понравился комментарий – наверное, каламбур не поняли, либо русским языком не владеют) скажу прямо – человек не хотел судить, поэтому придумал отмазку. Нет таких правил в композиции, которые ущемляют взгляды судьи. Если он не терпит 6-фигурные цугцванги, их можно судить строже, как делаю я. Или еще строже. Или попросить своего друга, возглавляющего этюдную комиссию, пересмотреть правила на конгрессе, где они постоянно тусуются. В общем, не люблю, когда мозги пудрят.
